Key Challenges

Designing efficient dual-trade workflow within one footprint | Integrating shared kitchen and back-of-house operations | Coordinating bar and cafe service requirements side-by-side.

Our Approach

RECON Projects delivered the fitout from construction through to operational completion, coordinating hospitality infrastructure, services integration, and venue detailing throughout the project. A key focus was ensuring both modes of trade could operate efficiently without compromising workflow or customer experience. The final layout integrated café and bar operations within a shared service environment, including commercial kitchen infrastructure, cool room systems, and custom bar detailing.
